Guided Imagery - Grounded to the Core of Being

Guided imagery is powerful way to allow your body to feel safe and relaxed.  These feelings of safety and relaxation can help your body to feel more at ease and allow its own natural healing processes to take place.  The images can be dream like and bring about changes in our feelings and experience.  This guided imagery meditation is particularly concerned with creating feelings of safety, connection, and of being grounded.  In it, you will also visualize what within your life you are ready to let go of and you be encouraged to bring to your self more of what nourishes you.  This is an original meditation that I created based on an amalgum of ideas from the Center for Mind Body Medicine, my teacher Kris, and imagery used by Melissa Kerr PT, DPT, from Be Well Therapies, at a presentation she gave on Qi gong.
